Happy with how it has worked. I've walked in today and have been offered an appointment with in 15 minutes.
Getting appointments when I need them

Currently I use the online booking and this works ok. I'm getting appointments when I need them and things have improved in the last few months. I prefer this appointment system compared to the old take a ticket system.
Improved over the last few months

Over the last few months it has improved for both the booked and walk in appointments. The old system meant I had 54 people in front of me at one point.
Computers not very easy

Using the computer is not very easy and I need to ask for assistance from the ladies on reception. I call to book my appointments which works well.

Quick and efficient. I book online which works well. Seeing my name on the screen after I've checked in does reassure me that I've done it correctly. Now that I am used to the computer system it's ok to use.
Need assistance with the computer

My support worker books my appointments by phone. There have never been any problems but I do need someone to assist me with the computer to check in.

Been really good, came in today fo an appointment and was amazed I could be seen in 10 minutes as a walk in, great service.

Online booking has worked well but I did try to do a walk in appointment a couple of months ago but was told I had to book, a bit confusing! People don't seem to realise that you have to leave the waiting area to go and wait outside the bay when their name comes up. It might be helpful to change the screen so that it says please wait outside bay 2 .
Better since appointments introduced

Since the appointments have been introduced it is much better. Previously I waited 55 minutes whereas now it's really quick.
New system is not working

The new system is not working. I booked by phone but I prefered the old system that was in place.
