I received medication for a different patient, it was the right medication but the wrong dosage and for a different person.

I was waiting for my prescription and was third in line and had waited quite a while. I was trying to pick up the antibiotics that I'd been prescribed. After serving the two people in front of me the member of staff just pulled the shutter down and said we're closing for lunch. The surgery staff then had to reissue the prescription so that I could go to a different pharmacy to pick up my medication. I really couldn't believe this type of behaviour when I'd been waiting for so long.
Medication not ready on time

The last two months I've had to go back to the pharmacy multiple times for my medication to be done. This makes it more difficult as when you don't drive getting to and from is more is more problematic.
A bit chaotic

The pharmacy are a bit slow and chaotic at times with staff unable to find medications. I've had to visit multiple times before my prescription is ready and then normally I have to wait while its got ready. Staff are nice but there seems to have been a bit of a turnover of staff which is probably why they aren't as efficient. When they struggle to get medications ready why do they then do the vaccinations?
Missing medication

I picked up my medication this week but one of the medicines was missing so I had to go back down to the pharmacy to get it. Unfortuantely they didn't have any and I'll have to go back again when its in. It's not the first time that its happened and it would be good if when you pick up your medication they actually just said something was missing and that they are trying to get it in, it would save patients contacting them or going in to sort out the problems. Overall apart from this they are doing okay but I don't understand why when they are so busy that they take on extra jobs like doing vaccinations.
Text message works well

Its a good pharmacy and the text message to let you know when your medication is ready for collection works well. The only issue is that medications are not always available when you request it but you only find out when you collect the rest.

Medication delayed

Medication has been very delayed, I've been waiting two weeks for my medication. Apparently there have been delays getting it but it's very frustrating, the system doesn't seem to be working.
unhelpful staff, wasted trips.

medication missing from repeat prescriptions, unhelpful staff, some medications doubled up on, no explanations- just rude and dismissive pharmacist, service has deteriorated over past 2 years, have been using this pharmacy for 20 yrs but have now changed because of unreliability and incompetence.
