Lot of very frustrated patients

Patients were getting very frustrated because staff didn’t seem to know what they needed or whether the prescriptions had actually been dispensed! When l asked for my prescription it was given with no advice and the assistant was a bit abrupt.

The pharmacy doesn't always have the medication you need so when you do pick up your prescription you have to come back as items are missing.
Normally 3-4 days to wait, which isn't excessive, but frustrating that they aren't available when needed.

Free delivery is good

I really like the free delivery of prescriptions it is so helpful and really makes it so much easier for me. A great service.
Prescriptions take a week

You do have to put in prescription requests a week in advance to make sure you you get it in time. I prefer to select which medications I need rather than getting everthing on my list. Once you know it takes that long you can work around it.

Regularly have to wait over a week for repeat prescriptions and this can make it difficult, especially when transport is needed to get here. They are owned doing it for me while I wait after I submitted the request a week ago, it really should be long enough to get it ready. Previously I've had every item provided on my list so now I make sure I only get what I need. The staff are very busy but even when you leave it along time it's not done. You also have to check if any fridge items are included as they get forgotten.

I spoke with the pharmacist on the phone and for some reason he didn’t understand my question regarding my prescriptions,he was extremely rude and spoke to his colleague asking her to take the call as in his words he didn’t know what I was 'wittiling' on about
Chaos

Its chaos at the pharmacy. Not sure if its all their fault as they have limited space and when I've tried to get my medication some of them haven't been signed off by the GP and I've had to wait even though the prescription should've been ready two days earlier.
