It was good although the wait was very long whilst I was in a lot of pain. It was also very cold.

confusing booking system for ENT appts.

I was referred to ENT the appointment didn't arrive for ages. I was called by someone from Milton Keynes who said that the surgery should've given me a letter to book my appointment at Colchester. I was never given any written confirmation just verbally by the staff member in Milton Keynes. The service was quick at Colchester and staff were really lovely. It was a strange booking system.

Very busy but very good eye clinic

Although they are very busy and you have to wait at times they are very good. The phone call 2 days before the appointment to check you are going is great.
