The community midwife I've seen has been great and so far very happy with the care provided, they were very thorough. I've had my first scan but so far the contact I've had has been limited but all staff have been lovely.

It's been hit and miss with my first baby. I've seen some grumpy looking midwives at my appointments who are unhappy to be standing in for my midwife. It really affects your day when they looks at you over their glasses and makes you feel uninterested, spent more time answering her phone saying sorry I'm the team lead. Much rather see my own midwife. Always had a friendly welcome when my baby doesn't move and I'm worried and I phone the hospital. The triage always see me and are welcoming nice and friendly. I trust them with their assessments and my community midwife always advises I phone if I have any problems.

I saw the same midwife for each appointment and received really good care. All appointments were arranged well and I had lots of extra appointmnets to monitor my babys growth and everything at all points was well explained. Once I'd had my baby I was well supported around feeding and given advice to help.

I moved to the area and the midwives have been lovely. They have checked everything and were really lovely. In the end I had my daughter by emergency c section but I was really happy with the midwives.

Been offered good support and get quick responses using the online service, and whenever I call or email I get quick responses.

The midwives have been great and I've been very happy with the care and support that they've provided. It's great to be able to see that at the childrens centre, much easier to get to.

The support received from the midwives covering the Hadleigh area has been great. I had a home birth and it was just how I wanted. I was listened to and given choices over any decisions. They were great all the way through.

I saw the same midwife for each appointment which was great and the care and support offered was great. I then had amazing care when I had an emergency c section at West Suffolk Hospital.

The community midwives covering the Bury area have been fantastic, although I did see someone different at each appointment. They were very accommodating and provided information when needed. The information pack they provide does look rather dated and didn't really encourage you to read it.

Very helpful and informative. I've been seen very quickly if I've been concerned and the midwife is so helpful. She got me a blood test on the day when I was concerned.
