Contacted by phone from local surgery for appointment to recieve vaccine. Very well organised protocols at surgery, quick process so no lingering amongst other people, good ventilation indoors, friendly professional staff directing patients where to go and what to do. All done within minutes!

I received a letter from NHS. I booked online. Couldn’t get a nearby centre but that’s OK I have a car. Booked for appointments 1hrs drive away. One day before my first appointment I get a text from my Doctor's surgery inviting me to make an appointment with them. There is an option to say I have made other arrangements so I press that button. I am now listed at the surgery as a vaccine refuser. It now seems clear that some other organisation is offering a parallel service without coordination with the NHS / GP service.

My first jab was unfortunately on a day of adverse weather conditions. It was freezing cold and appt was later in the day. The waiting queue was longer than expected and had to remain outside for social distance reasons. That said, it was outside the control of the vacc centre.

From entering the building, I was met by a nice lady who,took all my details etc,then taken into the vaccination area where I was asked more questions about allergies etc,waited maybe 5 minutes before getting jabbed! In and out before my appointment time!swift and efficient.
