Bad allergic reaction

I had a home visit very brief was told i would be fine even though i told them i was flu injection and told be GP that is was very different and would be fine. Woke up middle of the night unable to move very frightening as alone thank goodness for 111 service in the morning they told me it was an allergic reaction

Very good experience - was given a choice of venue and chose Debenham as nearest. Very quick and painless. Was very impressed by efficiency and friendliness of all staff/volunteers.Luckily had no after effects at all
Quick polite process

I arrived earlier than my appointment time to the Kirkley Mill Medical Centre. The process was very smooth, I was allowed in and was greeted by a polite member of staff who quickly provided me with the jab. They were very efficient and sent me to wait 15 minutes in the waiting room. There was a station set up with two people who were checking patients had no pain or had any after effects after waiting their 15 minutes. I felt no pain and after my 15 minutes was asked and then allowed to leave. Exceptional process and staff, they should be very proud of how they are handling this.
Excellent and efficient service

Received text message to book my vaccination appointment. Unfortunately my computer was not working, so I phoned Beccles Surgery and spoke to a very helpful person. Initially she asked if I could use another computer and when I answered that this was not possible she immediately booked me in to Sole Bay Health centre. On arriving the volunteers were well organised and I waited approx. 2 minutes. Well done everyone.

As I arrived I was shown to a parking space, directed to the entrance, and offered a seat to wait for the vaccination. I was seated for no time at all, and ushered in to a room. I was vaccinated, and asked to take a seat for 15 minutes for observation of any allergic reaction, The assistants asked regularly whether you feel ok, and then shown to the door after the required wait time. Everyone was very courteous and friendly.
Incredibly frustrating

I have been written to by the government countless times for the past 6 months by letter email and text telling me to shield (i tick the box of pregnant with heart issue). I have had a letter, a chaser later and a reminder to book my covid vaccine. I have spoken to my consultant who liaised with 3 other consultants who all said, they have no reason why i shouldnt have the vaccine and if i am being invited to have it then i should take it. I booked it at riverwalk school site in bury st edmunds and theyve just turned me away because i am pregnant. Why arw they turning me away when i am being chased by the government to have the vaccine and told by 3 cambridge consultants who know a heck of a lot more than those at the school. What a waste of time, worry, anxiety and energy. Fuming.
