Staff and volunteers friendly and cheerful. Good explanation given of procedure. Very reassuring. Car park at Woodbridge Community Centre had been partitioned to allow all vaccination patients to park together leaving remainder of car park for other users. My husband had similar experience on another day. My daughter went to enquire about vaccination as she is a podiatrist in private practice, a volunteer passed her on to an administrator. She was offered an on the spot vaccination and asked if there was anyone else in the practice who had face to face contact with patients. She named 2 other members of staff and they were emailed the same day and vaccinated within 5 days. You couldn’t get better service if you paid for it. We are SO LUCKY. Thank you NHS.

More local centres needed.Had to wait 50 minutes in car in snow at night and then drive home.

I have received letter asking me to book vaccination, but nearest centre comes up as 39 miles away from Lowestoft. Are there problems with system at the moment?

I had bad side effect later that same evening, very chronic diarrhea n stomach cramps.

Someone on the door taking details. Straight in to first room. Seats cleaned between people using them. Once into injection room a few questions about medication and then jab and done. So pleased to get this done.

I received a text message offering me the opportunity to book my 1st dose, I then had my first dose within 5 days. The set up at Kirkley Mill Centre is excellent, my dose was administered without me really noticing it which is excellent.

I was early for my appointment but was seen almost immediately. Everyone from the car park attendant onwards was friendly and helpful. I found the whole experience positive and can't wait for my next jab
