I have a minor criticism. I received my invitation a few weeks before I was expecting it which is great but as it came via text message I was concerned in case it was a scam so I called the number to check. Unfortunately the lady I spoke to at East Coast Access suggested it was a scam and I only looked into it further after considering that it was addressed to me personally. It would be helpful if all staff were aware that notifications were legitimate by text as if told it is a scam people may not proceed to book their vaccine appointments. The appointment at Kirkley Mill was excellent.

All personnel involved from volunteers to medical staff and receptionists were very friendly, knowledgeable and approachable. I attended Sole Bay and was in and out within 5 minutes. I am in cohort 5 so was extremely pleased to be called in for the middle of February. well done all involved in the organisation.

There were sufficient helpers (volunteers?) to help control the cars - I travelled by car but used an associated car park. The interrogation was very pleasantly accomplished and I was generally treated as if I was a sentient human being - many thanks!

I wasn't able to get my vaccine in the end because apparently I do not qualify even though I know many others who have gone. The worst was that they made me feel horrible and like I was being sneaky.
