Only negative concern was I wasn’t told I’d have to wait 15 minutes to sit after having the Pfizer vaccine but staff were polite but nobody explained what was happening

Received my text at 8.45am booked an appointment for 2.20pm the same day. Arrived on time, bit tricky to park but used a closed business space and hoped that would be ok. Seen very promptly and everything cleaned as someone left. Wasn’t in the waiting room very long at all and then waited in the tent outside for 15 mins with a timer. Was very good.

I was greeted and gave my name at a desk, ushered into a waiting room where patients were efficiently organised into a consulting room, jab done, timer set and a 15 minute wait outside in a tent. The only caveat was that once I had booked my test(I received a text message) no further information was forthcoming about whether I needed any paperwork or not. I ended up calling the GP who advised me about the essential consent form.

Greeted by a volunteer who was very personable. Went to get my vaccine before my appointment time and greeted my professional but caring medical personnel. Made to feel at ease and comfortable. Solelbay at Reydon you all deserve the highest praise for your customer care.
