Very well organised
February 17, 2021
Arrived five minutes before time , plenty of volunteers to show me where to go. Back in the car at the precise time I should of had the injection checked on by another volunteer and on my way home after sitting for the 15 minutes. I had the Oxford vaccination , felt a bit yuck after 24 hours with a bad headache which didn’t last long, my arm is still tender after five days .
1st Covid vaccination at pharmacy

Excellent service by Long Melford Pharmacy. Had not heard anything from my GP so decided to book online. Easy to do including a text confirming appointments. 3 days after booking, on 3rd Feb, GP rang to offer appointment. They had no knowledge that I was already booked in and person on form entered my details manually on my records. Seems amazing in this day and age that presumably GP and NHS technology cannot communicate. Must have wasted a lot of time and money ringing people already booked in online.
Very efficient operation

From arrival being greeted by volunteers directing visitors, to the NHS staff looking after us through the procedure. No complaints only appreciation for a job well done!
Well organised, friendly and easy.

This was an easy experience. It was well organised and friendly, but still very professional. Everything was explained to us and we felt very safe and in good hands. The work of the lovely, friendly volunteers was much appreciated.
Very good

It was some delay. I could understand. My appointment was 10 pm,so they could be tired. They were very nice, thoughtful and I've got the vaccine at 11 pm. Thank you
Very organised, quick, COVID safe and helpful

Experience was very good, staff knowledgeable and helpful as I am often allergic to medication, received helpful advice for this; as it turned out, within 24 hours developed moderate allergy, 111 then also very helpful.

The only two side effects I got was ache in arm, which received it and on day three a monster migraine that felt like someone continually kicking me in the head.

Good reception by caring volunteers and nurse

Good experience all round, professionally carried out from start to finish, in typical NHS efficiency. Particularly appreciated the volunteers having to welcome us in the wind and rain. Gave me the chance at last to thank the NHS, particularly the nurses present who so bravely and unselfishly risk their lives daily for us in this pandemic. Left a few boxes of chocs with them to drive home the point they are not taken for granted...
