Had my COVID 19 vaccination at Kirkley Mill, Lowestoft. Very well organised. The car park was organised by Lowestoft lions club. Everyone involved was friendly and helpful. Well done to everyone!
Nice friendly relaxed staff

Communication regarding arranging appointment was quick and easy with plenty of date options on offer. The provision of road signage to the vaccination centre at Sole Bay Health Centre was helpful as we were unfamiliar with the area. Staff in the carpark, on reception and in the centre were polite and efficient and I felt very reassured. Wish to say well done to everyone concerned from those who organised the roll out and those who carried us through the process.
Very well organised,

My husband is now eligible for his vaccination in the next cohort. I've spent the past week trying to get an appointment for him in Lowestoft or Norwich.
Every time I log into the portal I'm getting Ipswich, Colchester and even Brighton as the available places - we are in lockdown, we don't have a car and these are a minimum of 2 hours travel for a 45 minute appointment. I work for the local NHS & know that there are four places in Lowestoft offering the vaccination, plus Norwich is only an hour on the train and easy access from the station.
Our GP wont help us & are telling me that he has to book via the NHS Portal - that's ok if it works! he was offered an appointment two weeks ago at a GP practice 2 miles away but due to the snow and ice we said we'd wait for an appointment nearer to home.

From entering the Epicentre to leaving after vaccination took 25 minutes. This included a 15 minute rest after vaccination. All staff, paid and unpaid, were welcoming.
Extremely efficient.

Car park, directions and all volunteers were well trained up. No doors to touch or anything to touch except the exit, but there was sanitised close by.
