Problem with an appointment for COVid-19 vac

Had NHS letter 5/2/21. Check each day on NHS vaccination site ..... the nearest place is +30 miles from me. (Brighton would be fun, but I think it would be against travelling rules!) Have been told for the last 2 weeks I will be contacted with the week for an appointment at Sole Bay ... still nothing

had first covid-19 jab at victoria rd suogery. great service cant wait for second with astra zeneca. had a sore arm for 2 days othher than that nothing.

Everyone so helpful at Kirkley Mill GP Practice (I'm currently using crutches). Just a few minutes wait & everything so well organized

Appointment went very smoothly at The Mix but was a bit surprised when the administrator said they had my old postcode from three years ago on the system. Made me think that details .as not be correct for the rest of my family who are waiting on notification.

Thank you for leaving feedback regarding your vaccination.

We pull our patient information through from your GP surgery. It would be worth checking with them to see if this information is still showing on their system as current. Unfortunately, our vaccination sites are unable to amend this information.

I'm having a bad experience. I live 5 minutes walk from a vaccination centre. I am 68 and take steroids for asthma and have a heart condition. I have had a letter from the NHS for my vaccination but can't drive to Ipswich or Norwich because I have vertigo. I can walk to Sole Bay though, 5 minutes walk. I have not been contacted by them and we are told NOT to contact them. What can i do?

Fast, friendly and extremely well-organised

The professionals and volunteers were cheerful, helpful and very well-organised at Grove Medical Centre. They explained the whole process, from arriving in the car park to leaving afterwards and gave good tips about what to do next. My partner was booked for an early slot and I was due to go back later in the day but the process was so smooth that they brought my appointment forward by 5 hours to save another journey. Everyone involved deserves a huge thank you and recognition for all they are doing

Well Managed Friendly Service from ALL

Easy access to a well managed Sole Bay MC, the staff and volunteers made us welcome instructions were clear and concise but given in a friendly and respectful manner. We look forward to seeing them again when we receive our second vaccination in April!!

Staff very friendly at Hayden’s Bridge Road centre and very well organised. The system enabled me to feel comfortable as I was not in close contact with other patients.
