Unable.to book vaccination in lowestoft sending me nearly 40 miles away to Ipswich. My husband had his first at local surgery 100 yards away

Invitation to receive the vaccine came by text and a next day appointment was available.
The volunteers managing arrivals and the queue were very good and kept us informed about progress and the reasons for delay. The medical staff were quick, efficient and answered my questions promptly and knowledgeably. I felt safe and well looked after.
