Well organised.

Appt booking was so easy. Received text message telling me to book on website, simple, and so fast. Got appt the next day!! Thought I would have to wait ages. Loads of volunteers there to show you where you needed to park and then where to go. Giving out new masks, making sure you use sanitiser on hands. No wait times. Well organised.

The site at East Bergholt was well run with a lot of volunteer help - particularly organised by [redacted] who deserves great praise for enlisting, and liaison with volunteers
East Suffolk as a whole lagged behind other areas in rolling out vaccine.
Pfizer vaccine gave me a slightly sore arm, and a subsequent day's fatigue - otherwise well tolerated

Just received my COVID jab and would take this opportunity to commend the team at the Grove Medical Centre for an excellent and smooth process.

The information leaflet told me to arrive into the car park at the EPI Centre and wait in my car. Nobody came and everyone else just went in! Other than that it was a good experience.

Given appointment by my doc surgery,

On time at appointment, lovely getting out to meet other people. Greeted on entry sat for 30 secs in the docs room, good rapport with the nurse and doc, Jabbed, wait 15 mins and out Brill experience.

I arrived at Trinity Park at 15.00 and was asked to remain in my car until I was called. Called forward at 15.10 and after a short wait while my details were entered into the computer I was shown to a cubicle and after 2-3 minutes a doctor came to the cubicle and after asking several questions gave me the AZ Vaccine and told me that I could leave when I was ready
