The whole experience from from booking the appointment to receiving the injection exceeded all expectations. Everything worked like clockwork. The team at Kirkley Mill were polite, helpful, considerate and professional.

I was worried about having the Covid injection but knew it would help me as i'm in the extremely vunrable catagrey I had this done on 11/12/2020 and was fine up until today my whole body aches like I have the flu

ATTENDED KIRKLEY MEDICAL CENTRE FOR MY FIRST COVID VACCINATION
Appreciated how helpful and friendly everyone was and thanks to all staff and volunteers for giving their time. I found my initial apprehension was completely unfounded and cant wait to have by second vaccination for COVID.

The booking experience was very clear and easy to follow. I had a message to confirm and a reminder the day before. Plenty of helpers at the centre and staff very friendly and efficient.

All except the delay in actually receiving an invitation, was excellent, however as an over 80 year old was extremely distressed when many others well below my age in the area were being vaccinated before me,

Received a letter. Invited to attend Gainsborough Sports Centre in Ipswich though I live in Woodbridge. No problem - just happy to get my get my jab! Everyone was lovely!
