All (volunteers and regular staff) helpfull and efficient. Everyone worked hard to get us to the injection-point , keeping us advised of progress, etc.

Professional reassuring procedure

We received notification of 'last minute availability ' on 24/01/21 at Trinity Park.
Booking was complicated as there were blips on IT.
However despite arriving 3 hours late (flat battery!) and just as the centre was closing we were vaccinated by a cheery and competent team.

I received my text message, made the appointment for the following day. 2nd appointment made at same time. 24 hrs start to finish for 1st jab. The Epicenter in Haverhill was so well organised, such lovely, caring people. Thank you so much.

Incredibly fast, efficient and friendly

Messaged at 11.27, able to choose vaccination time and went for as soon as possible! Vaccinated by 16.45. Later times and days were available but we went for as soon as possible at the Reydon centre.

My husband and I were really impressed at the organisation at the Debenham vaccination centre. The way we were allowed to stay in the car and was told when it was O.K to go into the centre and it was very efficiently run.

Absolutely amazing service at Constable country medical practice. I went on day one and everyone was so organised, very impressed with the entire system from parking to waiting after the vaccine.
