Long unorganised queue

I had vacinatoon at Ipswich hospital walk in session the volunteers and staff didn't know how many should be queueing got told to go get Costas as queue was to long then to come back I came back to find even more in front of me took 3 1/2 hours

From The first volunteer in the parking area to those organising the queue, the receptionists onto the nurse who explained the process and did the vacinnation it was a very pleasant experience indeed. Full marks for all their efforts.
