Email notification and link for booking appointments were straightforward and uncomplicated. provision of map, highlighting car park and location map greatly assisted in reducing time searching for location and reducing unnecessary length of time spent visiting. Attending the appointment was straightforward and simplified and lead by a team of friendly staff at West Suffolk Hospital. Despite being deaf and relied on lipreading, staff were too happy to pull down their mask as to communicate with me at a safe distance or behind screen. Information was conveyed very clearly. my whole trip at the venue took less than 20 minutes. A very impressive service and experience.

Invited by text message to book, booked directly on straightforward website with choice of times. The Grove health centre was brilliantly well organised from arrival in car park, actual vaccination by a friendly and relaxed dr, excellent information provided on leaving.
Staff very well organised.

Total time from entering the centre to leaving was 20 minutes. Fantastic!

Great all round service. Rebooked due to snow that was fine. Putting date of birth in was a nightmare thank good Ness I am not 80!!! Staff at centre very good including doctor. Poor car park man in the freezing cold was still cheerful. Well done the council for clearing the steps and the path.

Spoken to by a G.P then went in to be vaccinated. Told type of vaccine, had jab and out again in short period.

Received my vaccination at Ixworth Surgery on Saturday afternoon. Everyone at the surgery was pleasant, helpful and cheerful and told me exactly what was going to happen. Well done Ixworth Sugery and thank you to everyone who is giving up their free time to keep us safe.

Overall, less than 5 minutes from entering to the waiting area. Lots of friendly volunteers and staff to guide you.

Excellent x 2. Text arrived, phoned our surgery where we were to have vaccination. Two appointments together . Three minute wait for vaccination. We were both in ,had jab and out again 10 minutes, done. Would have been a good idea if they had taken our names and phone number in case of no shows’ We could be there in ten minutes flat if at the end of the day they had no shows or vaccination not suitable for next day use. Just a thought.
