Simple and straight forward

Booking my vaccination was very easy and straightforward. I liked how I was given the option to select my preferred time and location. On the day, everything went like clockwork and helpful information about the process was also given to me.

The nurses and people in the waiting room looking after us were lovely at James Paget Hospital. My only complaint is they were running 40 minutes behind, which is understandable in these difficult times.

I thought the experience was extremely well organised. Friendly staff to make you feel relaxed. Fully explained before receiving the vaccine. Pleasant experience
