My wife and I attended the vaccination centre run by woolpit health I must say what a brilliantly well organised experience arrived at 9.55 for are jab were promptly given the first dose we left at 10.20 never even had to leave our car we always felt safe well done to all who gave up their time for all of us in the cold conditions

Staff super friendly and well organised at James paget hospital. Waiting room well spaced and the timing system for after the jab made it all easier. Patient and staff safety was reassuring

Finding the vaccination point at Ipswich Hospital was easy, social distancing measures were in place and working well. The staff were all friendly and efficient without it feeling impersonal.

Booking was very easy for Louise Hamilton Centre, JPUH, done online through link from work. Attended on time but were very behind, over an hour, had to wait in queue outside in cold for at least half an hour (this has now been sorted with a heated shelter), once inside there were lots of people waiting, too many in my mind to be safe (again I’m told this has been sorted). Staff lovely. I did not object to the wait as felt it was important to have the vaccine and I know through work that the issues faced have been rectified. However I know a number of people were not happy at that time.

Was easy to book online for West Suffolk Hospital. Got both appointments. Was very efficient when I arrived staff very nice and professional.

From when i turned up they were very friendly and helpful and explained what the vaccination was all about and told me about the side effects. didn't feel a thing when having the jab.

Asked right questions by staff at Jph Gorleston. Not asked to see ID although I had it on a lanyand. Enough space to wait before and after. Could mark exit better. Needed a staff member to correct direction of some people to avoid distancing issue.
