Made me feel at ease. The staff were very friendly, understanding and helpful. We were laughing and joking with them but very safe.

Plenty of parking space at Trinity park Ipswich. Marshalls helping to point us in the right direction. Dr explained everything, vaccine painless.

Our staff are using many methods to contact patients to ensure that we are able to fill all the available appointments.

Fully accessible to wheelchair users

We had to queue for several minutes at Gainsborough Sports Centre. However, our experience was good and the only slight area of concern was the uneven surface from the exit back to the car park. All the chairs in the waiting area were low and caused difficulties for some people who were unable to sit on these.

Extremely well run, with an excellent layout.

The Trinity Park mass vaccination centre run by GP Federation is set out with segregated booths making patients feel really safe. It was extremely busy and there was some waiting but we were warm and made very welcome. The staff were so nice taking the time to answer all our questions.

Extremely efficient and well organised

Good at Sizewell sports centre. Volunteers were most helpful. GPs have injection. Preliminary medical questions were double checked. 15 minutes seated socially distanced also well organised. Cheerful atmosphere. Pleasant experience.

I arrived 5mins before my appointment, waited in queue booked in, hands sterilised as called in.

Had mine at my Drs surgery. One way system in and out. Only waited couple of minutes. No queuing outside.
