Your COVID-19 vaccination feedback

I received a text message from my surgery (Alexandra and crestview) on Monday 8th February to book my covid vaccine appointment. I was then booked in by a lovely receptionist at my surgery straight away for that same week on Thursday 11th February at Kirkley Mill vaccination clinic. I attended and was in and out within 25 minutes including the 15 minute wait time you have after vaccination. Extremely friendly staff and volunteers who looked after you through the whole process. I felt very relieved to get my first one done and can’t fault the process from start to finish. Thank you kirkley Mill covid vaccination clinic!

The centre at Reydon is large and well organized, and the staff extremely nice,
but I do not think it is as good as the Oulton Broad Pharmacy where I took my 5 year old father in law a couple of weeks a go.
In particular I think all the doors to the consultation rooms should be wedged open to avoid use of door handles and therefore subsequent cleaning.
Similarly I think a seat in the corridor should only be offered for those that really need it, again to avoid constant cleaning.
I would also have a sign on the "msin" road saying please only enter carpark if your appointment is in the next 20 minutes, while I was there people were parking 40 minutes early, clogging up the carpark.

Everyone I knew even those younger than me were getting appointments. So I called up the appointment centre and was given an appointment next day.
Very efficient service. Staff very pleasant. Pain free vaccine and no side affects except a slightly sore arm.

Well managed site, friendly staff and volunteers. All involved should be rightfully proud of their efforts on behalf of us all.

Had the appointment earlier than expected as I am in the 5th area of people to be vaccinated . Booking was easy and a quick and efficient roll out. I was in and out in a very short time.

Despite booking online with my personal 3 word code etc they had no record of it on the desk at Ipswich Hospital clinic. Filled out the form with all my details including NHS patuent number. Got vaccination done. Rang my GP to inform them I'd had the vaccine and they said they'd amend my records. Despite this and contacting PALS I still get daily text reminders and have had 2 reminder letters for 1st vaccination.

From the moment I was directed into the car park by a friendly, smiley steward to the doctor who have me the jab, everything ran smoothly.

I was greeted on arrival and given full details. There was a 30 min delay but the staff were thorough and gave full details and asked questions in a fully professional manner.
