The invitation to go for vaccination was by phone, wonderful, a choice of date & time, amazing, and kind & helpful clinical and volunteer staff that were so attentive on a cold dark winter night, just brilliant.

Staff at Ipswich Hospital answered all my questions calmly and confidently. Could have benefited from some volunteers outside to guide patients to the Education Centre.

Slightly later than appointed time but still away within 45 min of arriving. Can't thank all the volunteers enough for giving up their time. It was a very cold wind blowing around site but nothing was too much trouble for them.
Phoned up at 11.30 to fill a gap at 1.00.

Worked well at Constable Country Medical Practice.
Fitted in as front line worker.
All ran well but the volunteers with their slightly Monty Python humour helped.

asked to drive 12 miles in snow!!!!

Ridiculous Ipswich is a mess up. haven't had the vaccine as told to go either 12 or 6 miles in snow when we have a
2 gp's within a 10 minute walk! NO CAR, Yet people from the 12 mile away town where told tp drive to Ipswich same day received request.TRINIT PARK shut due to icy car park but no notice so friend struggled there in a taxi to find it shut. Appalling organisation. Why is it not done at surgeries? Orchard St Ipswich always opt out but a majority of their people have no cars!
