Quick, efficient and smooth

It literally was and 'in' and 'out' service - so quick, professional, no hassle, no delays. Amazing really.
Good experience

Cannot fault the staff at the Solebay Medical Centre, from arrival and being met by the kind volunteers in the car park to the nurses and staff. We were made to feel safe and well informed as to what vaccine we were having and being told to sit outside afterwards for 15 minutes and to inform somebody if we did not feel well. My husband and I were able to go together at the same time.
Victoria Road Surgery very quick

Car parking was controlled very well. We were well organised on entry and there was no waiting time.
Disturbed sleep pattern

I had no problems with soreness of the arm but my wife's arm at the site was a bit sore. I did feel tired afterwards though..
Fitbit resting heartrate was up but that is expected as it usually does that when fighting a virus. Sleep patterns were good until 3rd night, I had what I call 'a dream of doom' one that I hadn’t had for nearly 50 years. I could handle it and I don’t have any specific worries, so I wondered where it had come from. Not sure if it is that important but if anyone is stressed they might be susceptible to that type of vivid bad dream. The up side is the last few days we have been laughing and joking more than we have in ages.

Well organised, friendly, efficient, relaxed.

From the volunteers in the car park to the person administering the vaccine the whole experience was relaxed and well managed. Everyone did their utmost to make us feel comfortable and the experience as stress free as possible. At the sharp end, no pun intended, our details were collected efficiently to keep us waiting for as little time as possible, and the injection was administered with care and humour. We really didn't feel a thing, and were proud and relieved to receive our stickers. Thank you Reydon Sole Bay Health Centre.
Extremely fast, efficient, friendly

Brilliantly done at Gainsborough, except that a couple of volunteers wore masks below their noses and the wiping down of seats was not consistent.
Very well organised and not at all stressful

Good experience, which should not alarm anyone who might be worried and have yet to receive their first vaccination.
Up to now I’ve had no bad effects

Good so far, nurse came to my house and was very kind. Didn’t feel the jab.
OK Helpful nurse.

As I said at the Waveney Disability Forum Zoom meeting on 9th February, I had my first jab by an unexpected home visit by two nurses. I had been told by the (Andaman) surgery that I would receive a phone call the day before to advise me of the proposed visit, so I could dress appropriately and have or not have someone else on the premises at the time they were due to come, but no such call was made. It was no problem for me personally, but this lack of being forewarned could cause distress to some people. I hope the CCG have taken it up.
The process was friendly and professional.

From Point of contact shelter available /guidance given and documents ,the swift injection process, the friendly staff the covid guidance set out seating and bays that the staff took you to and from and the 2 in the closed room that gave privacy and the actual detail check and administered the vacination and the 15 min monitoring process in a calm special conservatory and given my next appt and card to retain at the end after they asked again if I felt of I could go.
