Your COVID-19 vaccination feedback

Our GP Surgery - Market Cross in Mildenhall called at 3pm on a Friday and we had our jabs at 3.50. As they had spare to use up. Excellent.

Our experience with the NHS booking system was dire. Having selected a 1st appointment and said yes to booking the 2nd appt. Several different options were offered but at other centres and at different times. Having selected 1 of those and continuing to finalise - to be told the 1st appointment was now fully booked. Then having to re enter all the personal details. We (2 people) had 4 appointments on different days at 4 different locations some a 25 minute drive away.

It was a relief to have the GP call and walk 4 minutes round to the surgery. THey will call us in for the 2nd one when due.

Excellently organised from arriving in the car park to leaving. Could not think of a single improvement to make the service any better.

I was lucky because a colleague had been before me and explained the parking which may have been a bit confusing for some. The experience was very well organised.

Everything went to time. The very friendly staff very efficiently dealt with my innoculation. Although they were very busy, I received personal attention. Bravo and thanks.

Very well sign posted, easy to find, friendly staff and well spaced social distancing. Anti bac gel available at several posts and cleaner constantly wiping vacated seats and handles.

No waiting. Very good, did not feel a thing.

We attended Southwold Sole Bay surgery Thursday evening for our Covid vaccination. I can not praise the team enough, from the attendants on the car park to the Dr and nurse who vaccinated us. Well done every one and a massive huge thank you from us to all the volunteers.

I did not have to wait and the nurse explained everything to me.
