Staff and volunteers were amazingly helpful, approachable and knowledgable. Can’t thank them enough.

Well set up, almost no waiting, friendly. Clean and painfree!

Only downside was the 30 mile round trip to get to the Sole Bay surgery in Reydon.

But the people were great.

Greeted at the car by a friendly person who directs you into the building. You are registered through the open window, another person then advises where to stand or sit in the corridor. At this point I was expecting to have to wait for a while, however, the queue kept moving and within 3 minutes I was in the treatment room. One lady filled in the card whilst the other asked the questions and administered the jab. All very efficient and friendly.

There were plenty of volunteers at directing you to park as you arrived and telling you not to join the queue until 2 mins before your appointment, telling you when to enter the building and which room was free. I was impressed that people were not allowed to queue jump by arriving early and I was moved up the queue to my appointment time. Someone took charge of announcing the time every minute in the waiting room after vaccination and everyone was given a written time when they could leave which made this run smoothly. Volunteers were wiping chairs as they were vacated and chairs were spaced apart (though this was the most people I had been near in a very long time!). The whole operation ran extremely smoothly

I was 3rd in the queue so seen quickly. They had all my details correctly.

Had to wait outside for approximately 20 min in very cold conditions. Date for my second jab has been altered to a slightly inconvenient time.

Extremely well organised, staff were very friendly, professional, putting everyone at ease. No waiting around, all very smooth and keeping to social distancing rules.
