Felt a little disorganised.....left hanging a

Had to queue outside....about 10 mins. Check in ok, shown to cubicle. Waited 25 mins for vacc. Seemed nurse went into random cubicles as some had had their vac already and were waiting the 15mins. Same questions asked again as at check in. Very grateful though!

Text messages to self and husband with invitation to make appointment. Used link to surgery website appointment system and both able to go at the same time the following week.
Our own GP Surgery set up very efficient, friendly volunteers also helping.

A long wait before being seen

Once seen it was all smooth going. 2 hours later at home I had a text saying my appointment had been cancelled and I would hear in a few days about rebooking. I haven’t. I have tried phone etc to see what is happening and understandably the system is overwhelmed. I’m left worried and frustrated about my second jab.

We arrived early, no wait, walk in masked up, gave name, directed to corridor, waited a short time, in to have jab, out to sit about for 15mins, home, all too simple

I had my first vaccination at Ipswich Hospital. All staff and volunteers were helpful and friendly and put patient at their ease straight away.
The vaccinator was kind and explained each step of the process. There were friendly volunteers who were on hand to give clear direction and seats were spaced out in line with social distancing.
Can’t fault the service, even though everyone was extremely busy.

Text enabled appt. making. However, day AFTER I had been vaccinated (therefore 4 days after booking appt.) I received 2 separate letters from NHS 'inviting' me to book my Covid vaccination dates. 1 was from Suffolk GP Federation, other from NHSEngland. I found the apparent disconnection concerning. Vaccination was at Stowmarket.

The process of online registration & booking was good. booking in at the vacc centre was clear and efficient. I waited well over an hour after arrival before being vaccinated. The vaccinator was excellent, efficient and pleasant. The post-vacc monitoring area was efficient and staff all pleasant helpful and efficient.

Everything was well organised and felt safe, however the nurse I had was wearing a mask that had started to deteriorate which was the only negative about the whole experience
