Brilliant service so well organised

I just cannot say how pleased I was to get the call to get my first vaccine- service was outstanding and apart from feeling a bit under the weather for a few hours I gave had no side affects

I was contacted in the morning inviting me to a vaccine appointment and had one for the afternoon. The volunteers were all friendly helpful and kind. The surgery was well organised and very clean. The staff giving the vaccine were great and very friendly. Everything was well explained and you felt cared for and supported through a novel experience.

I had my vaccine at Gainsborough. Arrived at shift change over but only caused a 10min wait. All explained, answered any questions. Lovely, polite, friendly staff.

My daughter attended clinic at gp surgery especially arranged for learning disabilities and she was quite nervous. The staff were friendly, helpful and very efficient.

The car parking was contrlled well with plenty of stewards as once the reception and speed of the vacination.
