2 different Podiatrist,this one amazing

Cannot fault this second podiatrist that I’ve seen today. In comparison to the other one I saw. She listened to me and was able to pinpoint the issues. Took plenty of time and was thorough. Now I’ve been given a prescription for the issue,I’m hopeful that things will be resolved. Shouldn’t need to be seen again for a year unless things do not take turn for better,but I was clearly told what I should do,should that be the case.

Been coming regularly for some time and I find the service excellent. Take their time with me and are thorough.

This is my first appointment today. The referral from James Paget hospital only took 3 weeks. I had been told that it could be about 6, so I’m pleased about that. This was the only venue offered,but it’s just as convenient to come here as it is to go to hospital, although parking is free here.

Been looking after me a few months where I have a 6 weekly appointment. But I’m in weekly at moment due to an issue. I have to rely on daughter to get here, so it would be good if they provided something a bit more local to me, as I live on other side of the bridge.

All staff are lovely and I have not complaints about the service overall. I come here a couple of times a week and it is a convenient venue for me to access. My appointment does usually run quite late though.

Appointments run late most of the time, but if I was late I'd lose my appointment. The staff are lovely though and I have used the service a number of years now.

I have been to numerous venues over the years across Gorleston, the hospital, Beccles hospital and here at Kirkley Mill. Have good consistent care whoever I see and that does vary, but does not bother me.

All the district nurses are interested in is patients going into a care home and refusing to help obtain extra help to make the patients life comfortable
