Never a problem getting an appointment for my child. Less easy for us as adults.

Mum books my appointments, sometimes not easy to get an appointment. I do have to wait a long time but I like that I see the same doctor, he is nice.

There is sometimes a slight delay in being called in to see the Doctor but not enough to be considered a problem.

When I need a home visit for my wife they always come out to her. Staff are all very good with us.

Can't fault them at all - very good. Sometimes appointments are a little tricky to get and the use of medical terminology can make explanations a bit unclear
Pleased with my doctors

If I need to see someone I can and getting an appointment is not a problem. Only once have I had to wait for 30 minutes to be seen. I like it when my doctor talks to me about what I need and I'm pleased with my doctors as they've helped me a lot. At times I don't get enough information.
