Generally pleased with the service

I am usually very pleased with the care I am given. Would like the arrangements for appointments to be easier but realise it's difficult without more doctors.

Because timings are so tight it can feel like you're being pushed out the door.

Getting an Appointment

Walking up to the Drs Surgery about 7.50. get in the queue to be able to see a Dr on that day. As by the time you are able to get through by phone - all the Apts have gone. Also the wait to see a Dr - to 2-4 weeks

Cannot ask for better service

From the initial blood test to now they are on the phone after every blood test giving me advice and reassurance. Superb service from everyone including doctors surgery which does the twice weekly blood test.
