Thank you for your positive comments. We try to offer a range of appointments both on-the-day and pre-bookable but also offer extended hours in the surgery or at GP+ at a number of venues. Please see our website for more details or contact reception.

Thank you for your kind comments. We are open from 7.30am for blood tests and GP appointments on a Monday morning at Holbrook so hope this helps you even further. We take part in the Extended Hours service so please check our website for more details of when we have clinics.

Thank you for your comments. We are aware of the development and also concerned about how this will affect not only the the surgery but other local facilities too. We are currently looking at using the existing loft space in Shotley to relocate some staff who currently work on the ground floor and reutilise the ground floor space for increased clinical consultations. We also have a number of other options under discussion and will endeavour to continue to provide a high quality service to our patients.

Thank you for your kind comments. We do acknowledge that sometimes it can take a while to see the doctor of your choice but we would always be able to offer you a GP appointment if you needed one and could not wait to see the doctor of choice.
