Excellent from every aspect

The staff all listen + do their utmost to help. I was seen on the morning I rang, had an ecg + saw a delightful gp. I cannot fault the service this surgery offers. The staff are all totally professional, helpful, charming + I feel very lucky to be a patient at this surgery.
Easy to use and navigate through

Needed to get BP readings to the practice, asked a very young and friendly lady who explained how to enter them online. Wonderful experience and excellent service (lot better than my old practice), it seems that you only have people who are happy in their jobs.

Having had recent heart surgery this service gave me a quick follow up to that and I thank them for it. It is excellent service and I feel well looked after.

I personally have had amazing care as I have accessed things in a timely way and get to see my own GP.
During Covid they allowed me to come in with my newly registered relative who was very ill but unable to explain themselves and they received rapid treatment and resolved the problem. The previous surgery, wouldn't listen to them or me and we were constantly blocked. So very grateful that despite the challenges of Covid they did everything the could to help.

It is all fine here for me. I haven't needed it much. I have my blood tests regularly and on time. All the staff are kind and welcoming.

I tried to do things myself first with a leg cut, but as it got worse they are seeing me really quickly. It is a very good responsive service and they are all super lovely

This is a top class service. They look after me very well with my ongoing heart condition. The staff are lovely. It is just a nice surgery for all the years I have been here.

Always polite team on reception and dispensary - even when you can tell they are super busy. All up to date with our 'checks.' In for blood tests today and they always run within a few minutes of the appointment time.

Access for various test very good blood/stools etc. Can talk about a few things that are related to each other. Feel safe and secure which is very important for an elderly man. They allow you to see a GP when you state that you feel that is what you need. You do not feel blocked but at some time you as a patient do not take advantage (mutual respect needed and given)
Bloods on time

A very good service. In for blood test that is running on time, as it always is. Now making follow-up appointments but by telephone and they give you some idea of what time of the day it will be.
