Accessible when needed. Very accommodating as I was late today but they did not turn me away but are fitting me in when they can.

A very good service

Rang this morning and got appointment so realise I have a very good service. Cannot fault the care. Just trying to get to the bottom of the issue since being bitten when abroad. Do not like being on pain killers long term as it just masks the issue.

Service is accessible

Find the service very accessible when I need it. Difficult to see own GP of late, but person I have seen has dealt with the issue. Since it moved to Reydon parking is so much easier for drivers, but logistics for non drivers much more difficult.

We know its a problem everywhere, trying to see your own GP is getting more and more difficult. They were very accommodating when I had a tick bite and just walked in. The nurse saw me at very short notice.

Find the reception intrusive

When you call, the receptionist asks what's wrong, which I find intrusive. I believe it is to filter who can see who in the surgery.
