Visited once when my GP referred me for an x-ray. I was seen before my appointment time. Was pleased with the information provided and the results that followed

It's very good having the outreach clinics at the health centre, it makes it easier. Toilets are quite small and not easy to move around in
Dentists service & facilities is very good.

The tilting table at the dentists is very good. It allows me to stay in my wheelchair and have my teeth done. They've also been out to my house to do teeth moulds which was excellent. Staff including the nurse have been very good

I had severe stomach pain in the evening so rang 111 who arranged for service to ring me back (evening) with an appointment. I was seen on time by a nurse practitioner. He gave me a thorough examination and advised me to give a urine specimen. He dignosed a bladder infection which he said would clear up with antibiotics which he prescribed. The receptionist told me which pharmacist would be open that night on my way home. I was better next day
Lack of civility from phlebotomist

My name came up to go to the bay. There were three staff in there, not one acknowledged me so I walked past. "In here" one said, The needle was painful, make a fist, "press here to prevent bleeding and bruising". Very mechanical flat tone of voice. No acknowledgement that I was a human being.

Ulcer clinic - I'm seen 3 days a week as I have very bad ulcers. They have been extremely good with me.

Very nice to ave so many services at the health centre. Makes things much easier to access.

There is currently no public information board to display information about services provided by third party health/support services for people living with specific conditions
