On line booking appointments

I like to make appointments rather than walk in like it used to be. I book mine on line. Car park is free here and it is easy.
Location is not great for me

I like the appointment system, I book 6 months in advance and then I put them on my calendar. There is only one bus from my village to this location, the location is not great for me it would be better in town. The ladies who take the blood are very nice.

I prefer the appointments system for the blood clinic instead of walk in service, I can get appointments easily on line and I find the staff to be very helpful.

Very easy to check in, it seems a very easy and good service, they easily changed my appointment for me from last week to this week.

You don't have to wait long, everyone seems helpful, the ladies are conversational which makes you at ease. I phone up and can usually get an appointment at a time to suit me.

Appointments have gone well, I will be having weekly appointments for a period of time and I have been able to book some appointments in advance.
If you need an urgent blood check is poor

Having to get an INR often is difficult enough now you have stopped the walk in service its often (always) totally booked. The WSH is available but the cost of parking added to my other apointments at Papworth (new) and Addenbrookes all add up to a fair amount of money. Also why do the not have a device to give a quick reading it would work out cheaper

I've always booked my appointments in the past, I like the new appointments system, no issues at all, it is a very satisfactory service.
