Staff are really lovely here

All the staff are really lovely here, there is one in particular I like. I tend to book my appointments on line which is fine but I preferred the walk in clinic to be there, but I am a satisfied customer.
They do a great job here

I've been coming here regularly and I have mainly been making appointments but sometimes use the walk in service, I don't think its quite as good with appointments only, but they do a great job here.
Don't like the new appointment system

This new appointment system is very negative for me. I have been a walk in customer for some time now and feel the change is very bad, I've come in this morning and now tried to ring the number given to me and i'm 4th in the queue.

I like the check in screen now. The staff are very pleasant and helpful, I do prefer the previous walk in clinic though.
Online seems to work well

Online appointments seems to work well, it was stated as urgent and I waited 2 days, a general blood test would be a 10 days wait. I would rather a check in desk with a person instead of a computer screen.
Walk in service was better

The walk in service was better for me and I could wait. But having to make an appointment is more awkward.

Staff are very lovely, caring and professional. My fingers are numb following recent spinal surgery so booking in today using the computer booking in screen is not possible for me.
