Massive queues

Typically one hour wait. Totally disorganized pharmacy.
Difficult

Getting one off medications after seeing the doctor is absolutely fine but it has been very difficult to get regular medications, with long waits and muddled orders. I've asked for my prescriptions to be sent over to Thurston instead but they've not been actioned either.
Locker system is great

Previously there were 1 hour waits to pick up medication but now with the locker system that has been put in it is great and so much quicker. The staff are lovely but its obvious that they are very busy. It would be better if additional seating was avaialble for those queueing as some people find standing for longer times difficult.
Lovely staff but busy

The staff are lovely and do all they can but they are so busy that waiting times to collect medication can be long and it always seems to take them a long time to just find your tablets. The free delivery service is great and this is a much better option for me now, everything arrives on time too.
Very busy

The pharmacy is very busy and I've had to wait an hour to be served just to collecct medication. There is very limited seating which is difficult when standing for that long is difficult.
Consistency is needed

It generally works well but consistency is needed. The text message system notifying you when medication is ready to pick up doesn't always work or get used so its difficult to know whether you can pick up or not.
Very busy

It is very busy and there can be quite long waits in the queue when picking up medication but staff do what they can. Extra housing in the area is a concern, how will they cope.
New robot dispenser!

The new robot vending machine for collection of prescriptions is amazing less than 40 seconds and I’m done! No more queuing and it’s 24/7
Wrong meds given on 3 occasions!!

I have been given meds for Parkinsons the first time it happened, meds for high blood pressure the 2nd time, and picked up meds on weds to find I have been given Quinine Sulphate on the 3rd occasion!! This is just so bad!!
Seems chaotic

They appear understaffed and its chaotic, they can never find the medication that is ready for collection. One of my medications is frequently not with the rest of my meds when I pick them up. I then have to go back in to the app and reorder it but I now have to check each month that it hasn't been taken off with in the app when I place the order.
