Busy but good

There is usually a queue but it works well.
Waiting times are an issue

The physical waiting times to be served are an issue especially in winter when you have to queue outside and there is no where to sit.
Long waits

The pharmacy does have long waits to be served and there have been the odd occasions when my medication hasn't been correct and I've had to come back to the surgery. The text message system doesn't always work well as you get a text to say your medication is ready for pick up but when you get there it isn't.
Been a difficult year

The pharmacy do always seem to be short staffed but overall they do a good job at getting my medication ready for collection and staff are helpful.

The pharmacy has been excellent today, the staff always seem to be changing but they are always polite and helpful. I get my prescriptions sent elsewhere so easier to pick up which works well for me.
Long waits in lock down

I've waited an hour during lockdown outside the building just to pick up my medication, it was very frustrating.

They are a very busy pharmacy and when you turn up to pick up your medication it can take a very long time before you are able to collect it, I feel the waits are too long.

Spoke to an extremely helpful young lady in the pharmacy who despite being very busy found time to be polite and helpful. Also the receptionist in the main surgery was very helpful and kind to. Well done and thank you.
Can be a bit rude to customers

Staff can be a bit rude to customers on the phone, when I was requesting a repeat prescription.It would be so much easier to do this on line.
Slow and disorganised

Very slow and feels disorganised at times.
Did have to wait half an hour the other day.
Plus when I arrived I was told that my husband needed a medication review but they did allow me to take the medication home.
I stood there for 10 minutes before staff acknowledged my presence.
