Have difficulty getting one of the medications that my husband takes. Repeat prescriptions are more problematic with staff unable to find things at times and we've also received text alerts to say medication is available for collection when it isn't.

Every time I go to this pharmacy they are ina very unorganised muddle. They can't find repeat prescriptions.for a start, they are rude and very unhelpful especially the pharmasists themselves. They advertise they give advice but when asked they cant even be bothered to come to the counter just send a message to speak to a doctor.

Needs to be a logical system for storing medication ready for collection (staff can't find medications). Staff regularly ask patients to come back later because they cannot find medication. There appears to be a bottleneck in checking medication prior to collection; this means we are asked to come back later.

Long queues, staff unable to find mis-filed prescriptions and old prescriptions being issued to people, when they had stopped taking it weeks before, despite having new prescriptions issued.
Have tried to get repeat prescription from Elmswell instead but staff there are fearful of bad relations developing between the 2 pharmacies and wouldn't do it!
