Some doctors explain things well

I do feel that some of the doctors explain things better that others. I would like to see more GP consistency.

I find this surgery really helpful. I can get an appointment but only if I say it is an emergency on the day. I would like to see an area for the children.

I seem to be returning for the same issue and it's not being identified. Staff on reception are lovely, but I just need a doctor to get to the bottom of my health issue.
Seen within 10 minutes.

No concerns about this surgery, I like my GP and seen promptly ,usually within 15 mins of appointment time.
I like the GPs.

I can book an appointment on the day. I like the GPs and they do not rush me. I would change nothing about this surgery.

Always looked after me, given me time. No problems with staff always helpful. Appointment wait less than 15 mins. Explanation treatments fully.

Good GPs, staff helpful. Waiting time is good, but doesn't mind the wait. treatment explanation sometimes need to be said in a different way. Been coming here 40 years.
