Good but insufficient direct communication

It was good service but they could have spoken more directly to me. Also very fast.

My experience helped me a little. I talked about my problem and they said they will get me counselling but never rang when they were supposed to.

I got my finger stuck on a jagged ring and tore the skin on the right side of my middle finger. The woman was very nice and tried to make me feel as little pain as possible.
