Speed of appointments, options of appointment, and different location options are all positive.

I find it difficult to phone up at 8am only to find all appointments have gone. I wish I could book ahead. I find the tone of reception staff patronising. Variable service quality.
I can get a appointment when I need it

When I try to book appointments you can get them. Tend to walk to the surgery to book appointments. It would be nice to see the same doctor however care is not affected by seeing different ones.
Appointment system isn't flexible enough

Due to the medication I'm on, it is very difficult to call first thing in the morning for an appointment, but when I do call, all the appointments are gone. The only option I'm given is to book an appointment in about two weeks time, but sometimes, I need it quicker than that. Doctors are very good, they listen to your problems and you don't feel rushed. Reception staff sometimes need a smile on their face.
Mixed experience with GPs

My most recent experience was a relatively good one, but a previous experience with another doctor was bad, unfortunately I can't remember the doctors name but I had seen paramedics the night before and when I showed the doctor the form they had given me they said they couldn't read it and gave it me back and was very dismissive.

I had a lovely person who helped me when I damaged my knee. They helped me to get walking again. I know that if I need help I can always go to them.
