Arrived early by 10.min but was told to go straight in. After answering a few basic questions and presenting paper work got jab. Collected card on the way out

Text received, went online and booked both vaccinations immediately. A little surprised that nearest centre was twenty miles away (@ Harleston, Norfolk) but then again, this is a rural area. Arrived on the day as planned. No waiting. Friendly, efficient and excellent service. No nonsense approach. Just as it should be. Really impressed. Wish the NHS always worked like this. Superb.
