Excellent. Quick & efficient

We went to our doctors surgery, 5 minutes from our house by car. No waiting, excellent staff. My husband & I vaccinated together. Couldn’t fault anything.

I was a fit in at the last minute but well after the rest of the county, the general organisation was good when I got there but this was offset by the general slowness of the calling

I was worried about side effects etc but when i spoketo the nurse about it she was great explaining i could carry on with my normal medication etc so i was happy to continue. The only side effects i have had are sore arm for a week, then itchy arm on injection site and going hot and cold

Everything was in place, everyone knew exactly what they had to do and it was over in a matter of min utes.

Fairly quick. Waited no more than 10 mins to be administered and another 15 before being released. Only failing was that I was not issued a card and had to ask one of the "helpers" to go back to the nurses station to ask for mine.

First class! So well organised, so many volunteers. Everything explained very well. Can not fault this service. They are doing a fantastic job, thank you.
No disabled parking available, long wait

Took my 92 year old Mother to Gainsborough sports centre in January.no dedicated parking for wheelchair users, car park poorly lit, long wait outside in the cold. Long wait indoors, limited seating. Immuniser seemed uncertain about injection technique.

Trying to get the appointment and dealing with the reception staff at Alexandra Road surgery was a minefield, absolutely non customer focused and very obstructional. Once i raised a complaint the appointment was sorted within minutes!!!!
