Very good experience at The Mix in Stowmarket on Monday. Well organised, super friendly and seamless - very little wait. I have had no real aftereffects - a bit shivery that night and mild head ache/fuzziness gone by morning. No arm ache or muscle aches and no high temperature.

Minimal wait for appointment. Sufficient staff. Everything regarding the procedure explained, including any poss after effects. Painless experience in calm friendly environment.

I think all involved should be very proud of how well this is going.Mine and My Wife's experience were very positive. Staff were really helpful and friendly. Nurse explained about the vaccine asked a few questions and then away you went. Really well organised .

Telephone contact to move appt. from Trinity Park to The Mix to reduce travelling - in a holding queue for 1hr 20mins before I got through. Local venue wasn’t listed when I first booked, but was available when I got through on this phone call.

The team were friendly, informative and kind. Really clean and bright surroundings and no wait. Really liked being able to pop into my local pharmacy and not having to drive.
