No waiting. Friendly staff.

Was shown where to go from the street. Not busy when I arrived so went almost straight in to the cubicle. Clear instruction and information. Exit route was a bit busy though. Unable to socially distance on the way out.

The whole thing was easy to arrange and I was in and out of the vaccination centre in less than 10 minutes. Very efficient.

Relating to my 1st Covid vaccination jab. From the moment entering the car park to leaving same was a smooth, professional, efficient, quick and friendly process

Very well organised from producing my identification card in the car park to receiving my jab. I saw ten members of staff at different waiting checkpoints. The health check nurse Paula was very friendly and made the five minutes I was with her very personal using my name. For someone that doesn't like injections the whole team completely put me at ease. The whole process took around ten minutes, very swift, easily directed and even a lovely vaccinator. I work in the NHS and it was lovely to see every staff member had a name tag or "Hello my name is..." Written on their whiteboard. So much nicer than queueing up for mass vaccinations at school!

Very smooth, checked into the reception, sat down for not even 2 minutes before I was called in, my appointment was at 12pm, they talked extensively about the COVID vaccine before they administered it, then I was directed to a very clean waiting area, where the chairs are sanitized before you sit down, and I had to wait 15 minutes before I could go, in that time they asked if I felt ok. So overall it was a positive experience.

I had my vaccine today at swan surgery in bury st Edmunds. I found it easy to book a time slot online but when I arrived it seemed we’d all booked the same time so I spent an hour standing in the rain queuing. I have mobility issues and am really suffering as a result of having to stand so long. When I left the queue was even longer so I dread to think how long others had to wait for.

Nurses were well organised, orderly and happy. Such a shame they don't get a bigger payrise. The work they are doing is front line.
