The website booking was frustrating it took a lot of attempts to book. Once booked everything went well, booking in and getting the vaccination was quick.

The venue was run like clockwork, every body new what they had to do to make things run as smooth as possible. We were all greeted with a smile and informed what was going to happen and relevant questions asked. In and out as quick as you like, but had to sit and wait 15 mins if you were driving. Well done to all from Stanton Surgery, thank you.

Staff and volunteers worked well together. Friendly, helpful and efficient. The 20+ queue that built up after we arrived was gone by the time we left. I so wish that NHS had been allowed to look after our public health from the start instead of Serco and the other shysters.

I had an appointment 2 days after my husband but asked at The Gainsborough Sports Club if I could have mine as well as it made sense, they said yes which was really helpful.

Great online booking process . Really impressed with the whole procedure on the day staff and volunteers were so friendly and informative . Barely any waiting outside before I was called in .

I received the vaccine at the Woodbridge Community Centre. The booking system was good and easy to follow. I had the Astra Zenica vaccine, I did feel very sluggish with joint pain the next day but that had disappeared after 48 hours.
