I arrived at surgery on time, no queues, friendly welcome. Everything explained perfectly. Vaccine was painless but I’ve had a funny head for most of the day after!

The booking was easy to do online and the service at the hospital well organised ensuring people kept covid safe. I did feel sorry for one person who obviously had physical needs and struggled to stand in the queue.
